Set in the stunning Indigo Valley in North East Victoria, Indigo Valley Fine Foods brings you some of the best locally grown produce available.


We are pleased to bring you Indigo Valley Dry-Aged Black Angus Beef - grass fed and locally raised, processed and butchered to minimise food miles and maximise freshness and quality.  Angus Beef is widely regarded as a premium beef due to superior marbling which results in meat that is tastier and more tender than other types of beef. 

The meat is hung for approximately three weeks prior to butchering to maximise flavour and tenderness. 

Our beef is available from local Farmers Markets. Supply is limited, and various products often sell out.  To avoid disappointment, you can pre-order and pick up at the market.  You can pre-order by completing the order form and e-mailing to clarky1241@bigpond.com  

If you require large quantities, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.  We offer free home delivery to certain areas for orders over $100.
